我呢部冷氣用左7年，近呢幾年每次開冷氣都會有陣up味，要開佢15-20分鐘先可以關窗，網上太多選擇唔知揀邊間好，最後上Google睇下見到呢間啲評論幾好，所以試下，結果果然唔錯，師傅解答細心，服務好，唔會攪到啲地方污糟邋遢，整完後即場試冷氣已無左陣味，另外有個小插曲，因為我有部機係上格床旁邊，我需要拆張床褥落黎比師傅整，但一個男人要搬上搬落一張床褥都係好吃力，我同其中一個師傅講幫手，佢即時答ok,我好感謝佢，佢之後講左一句，我應該既，莫論呢句真心定係客套說話，我認為呢個態度已值得我欣賞，感謝他們幫忙🙏🏻

I selected Aircool Airconditioner Company from the internet and, not knowing this company, was a little worried that they would do a good job. I did not have to worry! Aircool did a very good job in replacing a drip-tray water hose pipe that had come loose. Two technicians called me one hour before their arrival, arrived on time, immediately got on with the job, brought all the required tools and carefully put floor coverings down. They removed my aircon from its housing, replaced the drip tray pipe and replaced the aircon in a quick, efficient manner – clearly these guys were experienced. Before leaving they cleared away all the dust and debris caused by the work done. I was very impressed as to the efficiency, skill, polite approach of these two technicians. I am very happy to recommend Aircool Air Conditioner Company.

Really good service from the start - the team was very responsive on my initial request, and was able to book me in very quickly on a Saturday. The technician was professional, efficient, and took care to leave my apartment as clean as it was when he arrived. Definitely would recommend, especially for non-Cantonese speakers like myself!

Professional and efficient service! Making the appointment through whatsapp was easy and prompt. They called me 10 min before arriving and spend the next 45 min cleaning two of my window units. They worked fast and efficient. (tip keep some old towels handy for dripping etc) The difference after cleaning in cooling capacity and noice generation is remarkable!They spoke sufficient english to explain me everything they were doing, both were friendly guys. All-in-all a service I would recommend. price-wise they were similar to what other companies charge.

The two gentleman arrived to fix my leaking aircon.1. They cleaned the aircon plastic coverings2. They washed and cleaned the inside with cleansing spray and made sure a mess was not left by wrapping plastic around my aircon body3. The cleaned the blocked rubber pipe which was leaking water and walk me through the cleaning components in the process, made sure I was not to worry.4. Very professional and quick, thank you!!

六月時曾經因為屋企窗口冷氣機滴水問題搵佢哋幫手, 在whatsapp約期時,,客服鄭小姐回答得很詳細, 然後就約師傅上去整.兩個師傅到咗後開工, 無拆機洗, 剩係用水槍噴洗去水喉同機芯, 跟住我老公問佢裝水盤的問題, 師傅態度麻麻咁回答, 裝水盤無用, 因為先前裝冷氣時個架向右傾, 但冷氣機本身的出水位在左邊, 令到冷氣機底左邊常年水浸滴水, 有去水管裝水盤都無用, 要換機.所以我又約在今日換機, 約時問鄭小姐幾點到, 佢話唔知,不過會在六點前裝好, 到之後30分鐘會有人聯絡, 我老公在屋企由朝早開始等, 到13:00幾都未到, 我whatsapp問鄭小姐, 佢隔左十分八分鐘之後同我講等佢一陣, 結果係我14:54等到師傅的電話,話10分鐘後到.洗冷氣有兩個師傅, 反而裝冷氣得一個, 而且係明知要界邊做鋁架的裝冷氣, 我真係唔知咁樣算唔算合理囉.師傅一上到嚟就話我哋做乜仲開緊冷氣, 個摩打會好熱, 拉唔到個舊機出嚟, 我老公就話, 我哋等咗大半日嘞.老實講, 我真係覺得你哋公司後勤同師傅協調一下工作安排同客人溝通, 約時間確定唔到就算嘞, 如果要客人熄冷氣就早講, 提前通知, 俾時間, 唔係埋怨客人唔配合囉. 你哋師傅時間難夾, 我哋啲時間都好寶貴, 花錢買新冷氣等咗大半日仲要俾人埋怨?!講真, 我以後都唔會再幫襯你哋, 當初見到你哋評價唔錯就試下, 又相信你哋師傅的所謂專業意見, 結果貼錢買難受, 買冷氣在那兒買都一樣, 花錢一樣, 我點解要受氣?????????

今次係我第一次使用你地公司,, 因為見到網上評論都幾好, 所以決定用你地, 估唔到之後令到我好失望, 但係失望歸失望, 都係要極力讚揚下個客服務(Alice). 話說第一次客服(鄭小姐)WhatsApp聯絡我約好過幾日16-19點上門, 隔日再收到另一個客服(Alice)穩我, 我話已經有同事幫緊我了, 佢就話ok了. 因為我地要趕係5日之內處理好滴水問題, 而上門既時間已經係最後一日了, 之前亦都同客服(鄭小姐)講過我地好趕, 但係當日我地全日一路等到夜晚7點幾都依然冇師傅黍, 於是就穩客服(鄭小姐), 點知穩極距都唔覆, 打俾佢亦都冇聽, 逼於無耐唯有去穩返另一個客服(Alice)幫我地, 雖然呢單唔係佢跟, 但係依然二話不說幫我地跟返, 即刻幫我地去穩師父, 終於師父係8點前黍到了,好彩個師傅態度同手勢都好好, 亦都好企理, 我地都好感恩係deadline之前搞定左!!!.估唔到一個月之後冷氣又再滴水, 於是穩返你地公司幫我地處理.就算要收錢我地都ok, 但係Alice話唔需要再收錢我地公司會跟返, 咁我地都更加開心你地服務咁好. 之後第二個師傅就令到我地好唔開心了. 雖然準時上門, 但係一入門口就無咩禮貌了, 我地都算了, 但係見到距做野好hea, 拉扯左冷氣幾分鐘之後話拉唔出黍, 叫同事影相俾公司, 跟手同我地講拉唔出個冷氣搞唔到滴水問題, 如果係我就放棄了. 我地問佢有咩方法解決, 佢就話一係放棄叫公司退款俾你地, 一係拎工具黍做, 講完一支箭出左門口, 我地都未反應過黍發生咩事, 連佢兩個一同上門既同事都唔知咩情況, 反而問返我地係咪走啦? OMG, 我心諗就算做唔到,要走你係咪應該同我地講聲要走啊嘛. 之後點處個CASE啊嘛.話走就走都算了. 第二日等左一日都唔見有人聯絡我點處理件事.直到夜晚我再穩返Alice講返呢件事. 原黎你地公司都唔知發生咩事.個師傅一路都冇report返俾公司羅. 我想講大家出黍做野都已經係成年人啦..可唔可以成熟D有少少交代咧..退唔退錢我唔care, 我只係想知做唔做到,做到當然最好, 做唔到我都唔會怪你公司. 後黍多得Alice一路細心甘幫我處理成件事. 仲幫我處理埋退款. 雖然由頭到尾都唔係佢既單. 佢都依然甘細心同耐心去跟件事..真係令到我好欣慰. 你地公司多幾個Alice咁既客服. 客人就安心同放心曬了. 至於個鄭小姐. 由頭到尾都係Alice幫我搞家d野距先出現. 又十問9唔答咁. 真係要寫個{服}字俾佢.雖然個鄭小姐同第二個師傅令到我地唔開心, 但係多得你, Alice, 真係好多謝你咁熱心去幫我地. 最後我都決定穩過其它公司. 但係依然多謝你既敬業精神同埋耐心!

Really disappointed, not only was the technician completely rude, his attitude made me feel like calling him to look at our unit was a big hassle. Charged me 600 to look, which is understandable, I get it. However, without any professional suggestion, immediately suggested we spend 5800 on repairing it.That night, I ended up just cleaning myself, fixed. One of the worst experiences I've had with any repair service in Hong Kong after 20 years. It's a Shame, the employee reflects the image of the company.

Aircool is completed dishonest ! Please don’t ever try to use their service. We asked them to install a new air conditioner however the AirCon not even balance and reluctant to re-install.They trust their advice!

Probably the worst AC company in HK. Unreliable and not professional. Got 2 Daikin ACs installed. The workers broke a brand new TV when they came. It took them 6 months to replace it with an old second hand TV. The AC they installed started to leak after 1 month only. It took them 2 months (instead of 2 weeks) to remove the scaffolding , when they did they left plastics everywhere on the neighbor terrace below. Overall very bad experience.

本來是想維修冷氣滴水，他們說洗冷氣也可以處理到漏水問題，於是就洗冷氣吧。當日師傅檢查後發現無法解決漏水問題，收了檢查費$350，說可以在購買新機時扣除，還說他們無需交舖租所以機價會比街鋪平。但之後報來的機價，全部都高於某大型連鎖店約＄1000至＄1500，還未計安裝回收費$580 封邊玻璃膠$200！！！我是回應你嘅回覆，我係於6月11日問了你洗冷氣同滴水問題，你說洗冷氣可以解決埋滴水問題。師傅係6月15號上嚟做洗冷氣，但佢檢查後話解決唔到滴水問題，最後沒有洗冷氣，但收了三百五十蚊檢查費。你怎可以如此厚顏無恥大話連篇，老作洗冷氣後三個幾月先滴水？？？？！！！日期完全老作，而且從來冇洗過冷氣！太過份！！你之前仲同我講叫我收翻個評論退番$350畀我，你記唔記得？？使唔使我cap圖post翻出嚟？？我20/6問完你買新冷氣價錢，知你明揾笨我才於同日出評論的！！

Got it cleaned and it leaks less than a week again. Called the engineer and the services themselves. Showed no urgency in assisting. Don’t think I will use again.Update: less thanks a month of cleaning the aircon leaks again. Not worth the money / trouble.Update:Yes. They came the next day with a lot of back and forth. Now my aircon leaked 2 more time. Just leaked again. Over the whole summer I had to accommodate these engineers for their time slot. Come in, half washed in under half an hour. Left. Within 30 days it leaks again.If you value your time. Use another service.

Aircool is completely dishonest. Looking at their other recent reviews, I am not alone. I am currently in legal action against Aircool. In August 2021, I took time off work to meet their workers. They repeatedly didn't show up. There were no messages or calls to cancel, just full days they didn't show. After this happened over and over, I took them to court and the judge ruled in my favor.In 2022, Aircool said a cheque was mailed to the court. The court had no record of any cheque.Aircool said a cheque was sent to me directly. It never arrived.Aircool said a cheque would be delivered in person the same week. It was not.During one week, Aircool made a plan for Monday 8am. No show, no cancellation. Aircool made a plan for Tuesday 8am. No show, no cancellation. Aircool made a plan for Monday 8am. No show, no cancellation.I'm pursuing additional legal action for the additional lost time and unkept schedules.

Terrible customer service. Called the number on the website as needed some urgent consideration and consultation. No response. A Ms Lau msgs me and says will call me soon. I wait for 5-6 hours and msg her back only to be told she’s on holiday. No question or help as to what I need to know about. Not a good company and will not use their service.

Called to make an inquiry, asked for the inspection fee (600 for anyone interested) and proceeded to inquire about further services and fees so I could relay the info to my landlord. The woman straight out refused to answer and suddenly hung up mid sentence. Subsequent attempts to get back in touch were not successful.Not very professional of them and considering the number of other aircon repair services in the city, this will be my last interaction with this particular company.
